Privacy Policy

1. Scope

AI Operations Hub is a desktop content operations tool. This policy describes information the tool may access when you connect a supported platform account, select content, or use a publishing feature. This informational website does not offer account sign-in or a content upload form.

2. Information accessed

Depending on the feature you choose and the permissions you grant, the tool may access basic account identifiers and display information, account or creator capability information, content you own or select, publishing settings, and status or receipt information returned by platform APIs. The tool uses that information to identify the authorized account, prepare content, check available posting options, submit an authorized publishing action, and confirm its result.

For TikTok specifically, the intended integration is limited to basic account information, authorization to publish, creator posting options, and the photos and captions selected for publishing. TikTok access is not active merely because this website or a test image exists.

3. OAuth and account permissions

When a supported integration is available, authorization takes place through that platform's own consent process. The app requests only the permissions needed for enabled features. Access and refresh credentials, where issued, are handled by the desktop runtime and must not be published as website assets. You can revoke an app's access in the relevant platform's account settings. Revocation stops future authorized API access but does not automatically erase copies or receipts already stored locally.

4. Local storage and transfers

The desktop tool may store configuration, selected content, account binding information, operational state, logs, and publication receipts on the operator's machine. Credentials are kept outside this public website. When a platform publishing feature is used, selected content and necessary metadata are sent to that platform's API under the permissions you granted. For a photo post, an approved public image may be temporarily hosted at a controlled HTTPS address so the platform can retrieve it. This public media directory is not used for credentials, private files, or internal knowledge records.

5. Website hosting and third parties

This static site does not intentionally embed advertising trackers or request a platform login. Its hosting and network providers may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the site. Connected platforms process information under their own privacy policies and terms. AI Operations Hub does not control those platform practices.

6. No sale of user data

We do not sell personal data. Account information and selected content are used for the tool's content operations and the platform actions you authorize, not for sale to data brokers.

7. Retention and deletion

Local configuration, content, and receipts may remain until the operator removes them or the relevant local installation and backups are deleted. A connected platform may retain information according to its own rules. Revoking platform access prevents future use of that authorization; it does not itself delete local records or content already submitted to a platform. 8. Changes and contact
